Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Triton Poker Tables, we would like to discuss the refund policy. We will ensure that our customers are satisfied, but if you need to return, exchange, or refund here is our policy.
- We will honour returns, exchanges, and refunds on all Triton products, up to 3 days from the date of delivery. However, before approving any return or exchange requests, we will check the product for damage.
- Return of the product are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be properly packaged and should reach us as it has been delivered.
- The refund will be initiated in 5-7 business days once we receive the returned product in perfect condition.
- if you are initiating a return, please make sure the products are packed properly. Please notify us of the return/exchange by emailing us at support@tritonpokertables.in
- Our company will arrange for the product to be returned but the customer has to pay the charges for shipping.
- If the customer has placed the wrong product order and want to cancel the order the shipping charges will be deducted if the order is dispatched.
- Triton has the right to accept or cancel the orders.
Order cancelation for COD orders:
- Orders placed through the COD method cannot be cancelled. If the COD order is cancelled after dispatch without any firm reason we will not accept any further orders from the same customer.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order, Email us at support@tritonpokertables.in up to 3 days from the date of ordering. You may incur a 10% order processing fee if the order has been cancelled for the credit card has been charged. If the order was cancelled before the credit card was charged, you won't have to pay any additional charges.
Please Note: Special discounted orders cannot be cancelled.
How to File a Claim?
All refund, exchange, and return claims require a documented account of the issue with pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to support@tritonpokertables.in. Once that’s done, our customer service representative will write back to confirm the receipt and get any additional details within 3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
